I said I would be back with a new layout and so here it is. I will title it Cotton candy anyone????
I wanted the layout to be very bright but at the same time with the colors that cotton candy come in.
I wrapped fiber around a q-tip to make the cotton candy. Notice her tongue out. Isn't she the cutest. I used lace for her dress and a satin ribbon for her bow around her waist.
Here is the close up of her tongue.
This little girl is selling the cotton candy. You think I said the word enough?
Close up of her face and the cotton candy she is holding to sell.
Here is the close up of her making it.
I hope you all have a safe Friday and weekend. They are predicting lots of rain here in Miami.

Castle
Hello followers.
I have been MIA for a while now. Between husband, dog, house chores, yard work, laundry and ironing, crafting, organizing, layouts, making videos and uploading them to youtube and everything else that comes my way, I have abandoned by blog. But I promise to try and blog atleast 2 to 3 times a week.
Here is the layout that I finished last Thursday. It is another paper piecing layout. I just can't seem to stop making them. Hope you all like it as much as I do.
I decided to create a castle, but wanted it to open up and have for pictures. Each layer that opens up has for 4 pictures.
Thats a total of 12 pictures on a layout. Perfect for that little princess. I think I may have to pull out all those pictures of my girls playing dress up and thinking they were princesses.
The crowns are made of chipboard, chalked and then bling added to them. They are both holding a wand in their hands. You are not a princess unless you have a wand, a crown and blind.
Love how this layout came out. I think it is super duper cute for those princess pictures.
I will be back with another layout I have started.

I added trim to her dress on the top and the bottom and a ribbon rose bud on her shoes. Did you notice the bows on her head with the resin flowers in the center? They are adorable.
The blondie also has trim on the bottom of her dress and on the neck part. I added a ribbon bow to her shoe. Her organza bow has a rose in the middle. The crowns are made of chipboard, chalked and then bling added to them. They are both holding a wand in their hands. B E A U T I F U L
Good morning and good friday. This post is dedicated to my friend Marlene. Her blog is: http://www.uniquelyella.blogspot.com/, and her youtube channel is 4umarlene1. If you do not follow her blog or are subscribed to her youtube channel, than you are missing out on some gorgeous art work.
Marlene brought me the day before yesterday this beautiful piece of art for my Birthday. She is extremely busy with work, yet found time to make me this plaque. She knows how much I love Angels and Fairies and so she made something extremely special to hang in my room.
Here it is:
She put some tulle and a strand of bling on her waist. She stickled her bracelets, chain, the flowers on her head piece and on her skirt. She is fuzzy cut and double matted. She also fuzzy cut the butterflies and the flowers form the pattern paper and double matted it as well.
This chandelier is to die for. She was very clever to hang it so that it could move. Then she stickled the bulbs with pink.
This is one of her homemade flowers. Who needs Prima with this beauty created with her own hands? It has about 7 layers and can you believe she used an earring for the center. Gorgeous. Notice the beautiful laces and the bling.
Can't you tell how much I love this piece of Art? I am in love. Who wouldn't with such a gorgeous piece of Art like this one? And all for me. Thank you so much Marlene. I can't say Thank You enough. It definitely has a special place in my heart and in my room.
This beauty is hanging next to my favorite area in my room, what I call the candy station. It has different vases and jugs filled with different types of flowers. Flowers made of tulle, ribbon, organza, resin and acrylic.
This frame was also given to me by Marlene. It used to be black and was missing the glass, she suggested I paint it and make it to display my cards, tags and other things people have given to me. I have cards from Tammy, Jill, Damaris, tags made by me, Kathryn and ATC's from Marlene. My other ATC's are in another frame. I will share that with you all on a later post.
Hope everyone has a fun filled day planned. I am off to a 15 hour crop with some scrappy friends.

FIALKA
She has a name, FIALKA, which means Violet.
Last week I posted my captured fairy and asked for some suggestions on what to name her. Well, I did thanks to Bonnie at http://scrapaholicreations.blogspot.com/. She suggested this name and it was the perfect name for her since she is dressed in purple.
Here is the name tag and charm I made for her.
This is the back of the tag which has her captured date.
Thank you Bonnie for suggesting this name. I love the name and love what it means.
Go check out Bonnie's blog. You will not be disappointed. Her work is amazing.

Egg Cartons
Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is having a fabulous Tuesday. The weather is perfect. Not too hot here in sunny Florida. The sun is shining brightly. great day for the beach or anything outdoors.
Ok, the reason for my post. I have altered 2 egg cartons. I saw this on youtube. 3 very talented ladies made some and I thought they were so cute I had to make some myself.
I printed some images from http://www.graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/. She has free downloads, I found her thru Tammy, she is sscrafter1 on youtube. Thanks Tammy.
Here they are.
Here is a full view of the carton. I glued down some tulle and then placed some goodies inside.
Left corner, has a spool with fiber wrapped and then a flower on top. There are baubles, charms an altered egg, some paper and resin flowers, stick pin beads in the mesh baggie, pearl trim, clothes pin which I altered with a flower pearl trim in white, yellow and baby blue and 2 glass bottles with glitter and dew drops in them to hang.
Here is the pink one.
I pretty much added the same things but on this one I added a small booklet for photos, and an envelope with 3 tags inside.
The last 2 pictures are of an altered bird house. Yes, I did another one. This time in blue. I am still going to alter 2 more. One in lavender and one in green.
I added on this one a birds nest with tiny eggs. I made the nest out of burlap. Super simple to do.
The back section of the bird house, I added some feathers and some flowers.
I have them both of these displayed on these wall hangings in my dining room.
Hope you guys like my altered egg cartons and birdhouse.

GIFT
I just received a gift from Sherry Wolfe. I met Sherry online when she emailed me asking where I bought some trims and flowers and beads. I emailed her back asking for her address and sent her some of my things. Since then we have become close emailing back and forth. About a month ago I saw a video where she sent a couple of Prima Stamps to a friend and I asked her where she found them. She was so sweet and just sent them to me.
Thank you so much Sherry for the stamps and the card. You can see Sherry's work in her blog at http://upordowntheyrebeautiful.blogspot.com/. She also does videos and her channel is: SherryWolfe.
Here is what she sent me.
I have been blessed meeting such a wonderful person through you tube. Thank you Sherry for the gifts but most importantly for your friendship.
