SO FAR......
This is all we have done so far. In 2 days we only took all the houses (well not all) out. Put some different levels in the back part and put the train in place. So much to still do. I will keep you guys posted as the days go by. Plan on working on it all day today. I have a friend coming over early this morning to help. She wants to learn how to do certain things to be able to put one up at her house.
We will also be taking a break to go shopping for some crafty stuff.

Oh My Gosh!!! You have such a gorgeous collection!! I've always wanted to be one of those people with a Santa Village, but never got around to collecting any. Amazing. Thanks for sharing. And there's still more to come??? WOW!!

This is so much fun! I feel like a little kid at Christmas as I watch this unfold.

that's a big project....i can't wait to see it all done!!
i do a lot of christmas decorating but not till after thanksgiving. right now i have my thanksgiving tree all done and the house is decorated with pumpkins, pligrams and all things fall!! xo
This is a huge project and I can understand how it takes two months to set up. Such a glorious display this will be. Happy setting up...
